TownPark Center is a beautiful 4-story building located in the fast growing area of Kennesaw. Its combination of nearby residential and commercial developments, as well as its prime location, makes this center an excellent place to locate your business. Due to high demand, the center recently expanded in 2006 by adding thirty professionally furnished and wired executive offices. Along with the expansion, the center also renovated the key common areas including our reception area, business lounge, client service area as well as the meeting rooms. The neighboring buildings in the TownPark Commons complex house a fitness center, snack & sandwich shop, large training room, and additional meeting room space, available to all tenants.

The center itself has many amenities for clients to utilize everyday. Fresh brewed coffee selections and a flat screen news monitor make the business lounge a wonderful place for clients to take a break. The client services area has a brand new Ricoh color copier, printer & scanner for added convenience. There are two spacious meeting rooms with audiovisual equipment and video conferencing available to use at a moments notice. Not to mention a support team is standing by, available when you need it, to provide professional administrative and technical support.

In between I-575 and I-75 off of the Chastain Road exits, the center is a convenient place to work for those residing in Cobb or Cherokee County. Upscale shopping and fine dining is only 3 miles away at the Town Center Mall.

By Road:
    From Hartsfield Airport: (By pass downtown Atlanta)

    Take Camp Creek Parkway to 285 North/West. Then take 285 North/West and transfer to I-75 North. From there take I-575-North to Exit 2, Chastain Road. Turn Left on Chastain Road. Take the second light to the right, TownPark. We are the first building on the left, One TownPark Commons. We are on the third floor, Suite 300.

    From North Georgia:

    Take I-75 South to exit 271/Chastain Road. Turn left on Chastain Road. Pass Kaiser-Permanente and turn left at TownPark. We are the first building on the Left, One TownPark Commons, Building 125. We are on the third floor, Suite 300.

    Or take I-575 South to Chastain Road. Turn right onto Chastain Rd. Stay in the right lane. At the next traffic light, you’ll see a sign to your right that says “TownPark.” Make a right. The second driveway entrance to your left will bring you right in front of our building, Building 125. We are on the third floor, Suite 300.

    From Alpharetta and Roswell:

    Take Highway 92 North/West to 575 South. Take Exit 2, Chastain Road. Turn Right onto Chastain Road and right at the second light, TownPark. We are the first building on the Left, One TownPark Commons. We are on the third floor, Suite 300.


    From Hartsfield Airport: (through Downtown Atlanta)

    I-85 N to I-75 N to I-575 North. Take Exit 2, Chastain Road. Turn Left onto Chastain Road and right at the second light, TownPark. We are the first building on the Left, One TownPark Commons. We are on the third floor, Suite 300.
